Delivery up to one ton*

We have 140 sites across our network, with 9,500 employees who manage 30 million items a year through 6,000 shifts and 2,800 scheduled lines. Deliveries are made in person and require a customer signature. And our delivery times don’t budge: they are either 24 of 48 hours depending on the location/region1.

We ensure quality from the departure site and in the management of returns and offsite shipments. Refunds are settled within 5 days and we can take care of returnable European pallets. Our IT solutions and a wide array of delivery options enrich our courier offer, bringing more convenience and flexibility to your deliveries.

Deliveries for packages under 30 kg

Pack 30 is our service for the delivery of single-piece shipments under 30 kg in 24/48 hours, everywhere in France1. Your packages will be secure and will benefit from proactive tracking. A wide range of delivery options are available fulfill both your needs and those of your customers. Deliveries are made in person and require a customer signature. And our delivery times don’t budge: they are either 24 or 48 hours depending on the location/region1.

We also offer the possibility to deliver your shipments to our branches with our Agency Pick-Up service.

Access to the preparation status, shipment tracking and proof of delivery (POD) for small parcels can be found online on our customer service portal. We ensure quality from the departure site and in the management of returns and offsite shipments.

24-hour courier delivery

Top 24 is our high-quality preventative courier delivery service. Dedicated customer service guarantees the daily preventive monitoring of shipments, making Top 24 a valuable asset for serving your customers. 24-hour delivery times1 are guaranteed through our dense network. Deliveries are made in person and require a customer signature. We offer personalized customer service with a dedicated contact and we provide daily preventive monitoring for all Top 24 shipments. Refunds are paid within 5 days.
