GEODIS appoints Andrew Spreadbury Director of internal audits
Andrew Spreadbury, 52 has become head of the internal audit activities at GEODIS, a leading global supply chain operator.
Spreadbury, who holds joint American and French nationality has a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia, joined GEODIS in 2005 as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.
He began his career with posts in several consulting firms, including KPMG and PwC and in investment banks Smith Barney and Windsor Group located in both the United States and in France. Since 2012, he has been an Internal Auditor and is certified by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
He succeeds Jean-Louis Vourlat who is retiring and reports directly to Marie-Christine Lombard, CEO of GEODIS.
