According to the law n ° 2006-10 of 5 January 2006, transport prices are indexed to fuel. A variable rate is applied monthly on the price of transport, according to the evolution of fuel prices.
Those fuel prices, determined by the Direction Générale de l’Energie et du Climat, is published on the website of the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, under Energy / Oil / Price in France / Diesel.
The monthly rate of road fuel surcharge stream of month M is based on the course of the penultimate week of M-1 and applied according to the grid below:

This fuel surcharge is applied to all your national and Europeans shipments, regarding express and groupage (excluding international air express services, such as Fly Express, which are subject to the fuel surcharge for air services). It will appear as a percentage increase at the bottom of your invoice.
