How long does it take for GEODIS to get back to me with a quote?
The estimated time for GEODIS to prepare and provide you with an offer is between 2 and 4 business days.
Do quotes expire?
Yes. Quotes are based on freight class, dimensions and weight, but pricing is also subject to fuel price fluctuations. Due to fluctuating fuel costs, a rate or quote is only considered valid for 7 days. In order to lock in the discounted rate, the details of your shipment need to be 100% accurate, and the shipment needs to be booked within 7 days of receiving your quoted rate (if not specified otherwise).
How do I add another item to my quote?
You need to start a quote request again, and submit it.
