To carry out operations through CARNET ATA, it is necessary that the importer in Mexico registers the CARNET with the National Chamber of Commerce (CANACO), covering the fees determined by said organization www.carnet-ata.org.
Once the registration is obtained, he/she must deliver the folio and the original of the CARNET ATA to the Geodis executive so that he/she can coordinate the customs clearance of the goods.
It is important that the interested user validates that the CARNET has been registered by CANACO in the ANAM system (National Customs Agency of Mexico).
