As a global logistics company, cultural diversity is inherent to our business. We employ people coming from various cultural backgrounds and our differences are a valuable resource for the Group. 

 

We regularly celebrate this diversity through internal contests and by encouraging our employees to organize cultural lunches that create moments of sharing and conviviality based on their heritage and traditions.

Supporting generational diversity encourages a mix of employees at different stages of their careers, with complementary skills and experiences. 

 

To support and guide our young talents, GEODIS has created Jump’IN, a dedicated program for our interns and early-career employees. 

 

All interns and apprentices follow an onboarding path to understand the company, and a talent identification and support program is in place.

Disability Inclusion At GEODIS, we believe that inclusion of people with disabilities is not just a legal and moral requirement but a real source of inspiration and resilience. In a traditionally male-dominated sector, gender equality is one of the Group’s guiding principles. The goal is to achieve a balance between men and women and ensure fair representation at all levels of our organization.

Our efforts notably include the GEODIS Women’s Network, a community of men and women working together to promote gender parity within GEODIS.

This program, aimed at our young people, ranges from internships to the first job to support our young talents, help them develop a better understanding of our group, and create an active community through exchanges and paths where talents can grow and develop their careers.
