Euromatic, the GEODIS specialized distribution services

GEODIS is at the 51st Réeduca trade show from October 9 to 11, 2016, showcasing its Euromatic specialized distribution services, primarily dedicated to the medical and paramedical sectors.

The Euromatic offer is a series of value-added services covering installation of heavy equipment, with special emphasis on machines for which setup requires technical know-how.

As well as delivering reeducation and medical imaging equipment such as ultrasound scanners, specialized GEODIS delivery/installation crews will also take charge of installing and setting up the machines. And they can also handle take-back of the previous equipment if required.

Transport and handling is systematically provided by crews of two to four delivery-installation experts. For these services the GEODIS crews comply with the strictest handling rules to ensure total safety for the equipment and the site during delivery.

After locating the machines at the specified positions, the GEODIS expert crews carry out assembly, configuration, connection and startup. If required, they can also provide initial training for the machine users.

Euromatic services are also available for other kinds of equipment needing special handling and installation expertise, such as printing systems, ATMs, computer racks, electric vehicle charging stations and bank safes.

Euromatic is offered through a network of 21 agencies throughout France, a fleet of 400 vehicles specially adapted to exceptional transport needs (with elevator tailgates, anchor rails, etc.), and 250 expert delivery/installation crews.
