Are there any goods excluded from transport in France ?

All illegal and prohibited goods are prohibited in our network :

For deliveries to private individuals, regardless of weight and size, the following are excluded :

  • unpackaged or insufficiently packaged products
  • products that are too fragile, such as glass and window panes, even if well packaged
  • garage doors, gates, windows and, in general, all “openings”
  • ladders longer than 3 m
  • sofas (except on pallets suitable for transport, maximum 100 cm x 120 cm)
  • canoes, kayaks, boats, sailboards
  • plants without rigid packaging

For deliveries to professionals, the following are excluded : unpackaged or insufficiently packaged products.

In any case, the following are excluded from insurance policies without prior agreement from our insurers :

  • jewellery
  • art objects, collections, sculptures, paintings
  • furs
  • banknotes, currency, foreign exchange, bank cheques, traveller’s cheques, bank cards, luncheon vouchers, gift vouchers, shares, bonds, coupons, securities and similar items.
