How can I access my customer area ?

You can log in to your dedicated customer area by going to https://espace-client.geodis.com/index and entering your secure login provided by your sales manager and your password.

In this area, you can manage the collection of your goods, consult the tracking of your shipments, and modify certain pending shipments.

A number of useful details are also available: transport information, news, documents, and FAQs.

For a first login, you should secure your password and if you forget your password later on, you should use the “Forgot my password” function to reset a new one.
