How long will my shipment be kept at the branch ?

If your shipment cannot be delivered, we will hold it at our local branch for 8 calendar days.

Based on the information contained in the notification left in your mailbox by our driver, you can then contact us to arrange a new delivery or come and collect your shipment from our branch.

After this period of 8 calendar days, if we have not been contacted by you, we will be obliged to return your goods to the sender.
