It is only possible to agree on a drop-off location for your parcel if your supplier has chosen to offer you this option.

You will then receive a notification from GEODIS the day before your delivery and will have the ability to modify the planned delivery terms.

You will then be offered various delivery methods, including “delivery to a safe place”.

This delivery method allows us to leave the parcel in a garden shed or an open outbuilding, under a canopy, in a tool shed, etc.

To do this, from your recipient area, you can declare where you would like your parcel to be dropped off and choose a date and time slot for delivery.

Confirmation of your instructions will be sent to you after you have ticked the mandatory box indicating that you are giving the driver a mandate to sign for the delivery of the parcel to the stated place.
