• Maximum length of the handling unit : 3.5 m
• Maximum height of the handling unit : 1.8 m
• Simultaneous length and width of the handling unit : 1.5 m

For our Standard courier offer, excluding shipments to private individuals, the weight and size limits are as follows :

• 3 pallets, 4 m3
• Single and multi-piece shipments up to 1 tonne
• Maximum length of the handling unit : 4 m
• Maximum height of the handling unit : 2 m

For our Standard courier and Express offers for a delivery to a private individual, the weight and size limits are as follows :

• Maximum weight per shipment : up to 70 kg with an exemption for 1 pallet (100 x 120 or 80 x 120): up to 150 kg
• Maximum volume : 2 m3
• Maximum length : 3 m
• Maximum height : 1.8 m
• Maximum development (L+W+H) : 4 m
