What if my arranged delivery date was not respected ?
If the arranged delivery date was not respected and you were not contacted by our local Customer Relations department, we sincerely regret this and apologise.
It was certainly due to a technical or operational malfunction.
In this case, it is imperative that we define a new delivery date with you.
