What should I do if my delivery is scheduled for today and the driver hasn’t come by yet ?
To find out the status of your delivery scheduled for today, you can visit your recipient area and check that your shipment is indeed being delivered.
The notifications received will also allow you to be informed about the driver’s progress in their delivery round and the estimated time slot of their arrival.

- from the notification sent by GEODIS by SMS or email
- or with your tracking number starting with 1G or your receipt number with the postal code of the delivery location
