Let’s say that a customer visits a Luxury store in his/her home country where they try out products “fashionably” on the ramp while the store offers refreshments & cozy atmosphere. The customers choose an item but don’t buy it. Instead, they go home & order on the brands website in a European country they intend going for a holiday. While on vacation at the later planned date, they get the delivery to their hotel near the airport & carry their purchase back.
The item could also be a tuxedo suit, delivered to a hotel, a few meters from the shop just in time for a concert in the evening. We manage almost any situation or request, even appointed home delivery just moments after the sale. All the clients need to do is enjoy their time at the store. We are keeping our classic delivery promise, but we will add anything to it to make it white glove, concierge or even using a limousine.
