Do I have the ability to change the course of my delivery ?
If your supplier has chosen our “On Demand” offer, you will be able to change the delivery date or terms upon receipt of our SMS or email notification.
These actions can be performed from your recipient area by clicking the link in the notification received.
As part of our standard offer, you will only be able to modify your delivery after a first unsuccessful visit by our driver.
The notification left by them in your mailbox will contain useful information to enable you to organise a new delivery or change the terms of your delivery : collect your parcel from one of our 110 local branches
And, if your sender has chosen the following options :
- request delivery to a neighbour or your caretaker
- ask for your shipment to be left in a safe place.
If you need personal assistance, you can ask for help from our local Customer Relations department via our contact form available under “Contact us” and then “Customer support”.
If you would like to take advantage of our upstairs service or change your delivery address to another department, you will need to contact your supplier.
