If your shipment is not delivered or is damaged, please promptly inform your supplier or the merchant site from which you ordered your goods.
This is the company with which you contracted your purchase or order, and it is this company that will act as an intermediary with GEODIS to investigate your claim.
If the analysis of your situation confirms that financial compensation or a replacement must be made, your supplier will also send you this compensation or organise a new shipment.
