Can I reduce the delivery time window for my shipment ?
The announced delivery time window depends on the service chosen by your supplier or your merchant site and cannot be changed.
However, if your supplier has chosen to inform you in real time via SMS or email notifications, you will receive a more precise notification of the expected arrival time of our driver on the morning of your delivery day :
- a 2-hour window for an Express service
- a 3-hour window for a Standard service.
