When will I be informed of the time slot for my delivery ?
If your supplier has chosen to inform you in real time via SMS or email notifications, you will receive a first notification the day before or 2 days before your delivery.
On the morning of your delivery, you will receive a second notification indicating the expected time window for the driver’s visit :
- a 2-hour window for an Express service
- a 3-hour window for a Standard service.
One hour before the delivery, if the driver’s time window can be further refined, you will be informed of the estimated time of delivery.
As a rule, for a delivery to a private home, we ask our drivers to contact you when they are 3 stops from your address.
