What should I do if I find a notification in my mailbox ?

If you are a private individual and you were absent when our driver passed by, they left a notification in your mailbox to give you all the information you need to reschedule a new delivery.

With this notification and from your recipient area, you can now opt for :

  • a new delivery date
  • pick-up from our local branch

And if your supplier has chosen one of the following two options :

  • delivery to your neighbour or caretaker
  • delivery to a safe place

You can access your recipient area :

  • from the notification sent by GEODIS by SMS or email
  • or with your 1G tracking number or your receipt number and your postal code

If you are a professional and you were absent when our driver passed by, a new delivery will be rescheduled automatically :

  • either on the next working day, if you use our Courier service
  • or in the next half-day if you use our Express service
