Is it possible to arrange a delivery date ?

If your supplier has chosen the “appointment” option, you will be contacted directly by our local Customer Relations department to agree on a time slot on the delivery date you have chosen.

This call will be organised by this department as soon as the goods arrive at their destination in your department.

If your supplier has chosen to ship your goods via our On Demand service, you will be able to schedule a delivery slot on a date that suits you :

  • by accessing your recipient area from the notification sent by GEODIS via SMS or email.
  • or by logging in to your recipient area with your 1G tracking number or your receipt number and your postal code.

Apart from these situations, the goods will be presented to you as soon as they arrive at their destination in your department.
