The “Awaiting collection” status means that your supplier has not yet handed over your goods to us.

At this stage, we only have the shipment number, your delivery information and various details about the planned shipment of your order, but your goods have not yet been physically entrusted to us by your supplier.

To obtain information on the tracking of your order, we strongly advise you to contact your supplier or your merchant site.
