By clicking on this link and entering your tracking number starting with 1G or your receipt number with the postal code of the delivery location, you will be able to access all the information in your dedicated space.

Your request will be handled by our local Customer Relations department, which will contact you upon receipt of your message within 12 working hours from Monday to Friday.
