I’ve forgotten my password and I’ve asked for a temporary password to be sent to me, but I haven’t received an email.

To reset your password in your customer area, please click on “Forgot my password” on the login screen.

You can now start the reset procedure.

For security reasons, we will ask you for your login and the email address that was associated with it.

This email address will be used to send you a temporary password.

Once your request has been made, you will receive a temporary password at the email address you provided.

However,

  • if you do not receive any emails even after checking your spam folder
  • if you have forgotten or do not know the email address associated with your login
  • if you no longer have access to this email address

We invite you to contact our regional customer IT support team who will take care of your needs and will take the necessary steps to restore your access. Your sales manager is of course also at your disposal if necessary.
