What if my goods were never delivered ?

If your shipment has not been delivered :

  • First of all, we invite you to check that you have not received any notification from GEODIS by SMS or by email. With these notifications, you could check the status of your shipment. It is possible that the goods have not yet been handed over to us by your supplier, or that they are waiting for further information before delivering to you.
  • If no notification has been received : please promptly inform your supplier or the merchant site from which you ordered your goods. It was with this company that you commercially contracted your purchase or order. It will investigate your complaint at its own level and will contact us if we might be liable.
