Can my customer change the delivery date or location ?
As part of our On Demand offer, we provide your customers with maximum flexibility.
If they think they will be absent when our driver is passing by, they will be able to change the planned delivery date from their recipient area as soon as they receive our notification.
Outside of this offer, if your customer is absent when our driver passes by : our driver will leave a notification in their mailbox.
This document will contain the information needed to enable them to organise a new delivery or modify its terms :
- Collect their parcel from one of our 110 local branches
- And, if you have authorised the following options : request delivery to a neighbour or their caretaker or ask for the shipment to be left in a safe place
