How do I send instructions following notification of incapacity to deliver ?

With the Info Direct option, GEODIS allows its customers to communicate their instructions online from their customer area.

The process is completely autonomous and your instructions will be taken into account immediately.

If you do not have the Info Direct option, you can give your instructions over the phone to your dedicated local Customer Relations department, whose telephone number you received from your sales representative.

In both cases, your dedicated Customer Relations department is always available to assist you.
