What happens if my recipient is not available to receive the parcel ?

If your recipient is not present to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, our driver will leave a notification in their mailbox.

With this document, your customer will have all the information needed to organise a new delivery.

If your recipient already knows they will not be available for delivery and you have an On Demand delivery offer, then they are free to change the original delivery date via the notification they receive.

In order to offer maximum flexibility, several options will be offered to them, such as delivery to a neighbour or caretaker, drop-off in a safe place, or pick-up from a branch.
