Our client had several logistics challenges that they needed to solve:

Fulfillment solution and results
We introduced a comprehensive fulfillment optimization strategy focusing on three key areas:
- Operational Restructuring: Reorganized the outbound area with a new conveyor system and reconfigured pack stations, creating a smoother and faster processing workflow.
- Enhanced Order Picking Process: Implemented a 'pick and pass' process enabling two-step picking from high locations, which reduced errors and increased efficiency.
- Quality Control Optimization: Reconfigured the QC area to establish dedicated workspaces with specialized inspection lighting, improving accuracy and quality assurance.
Through these improvements, we successfully managed an annual volume of almost 700,000 outbound units and more than 140,000 orders while maintaining high quality standards.
